They claim that my order was backordered when I placed it, but I know it wasn't. I finally took to messaging them on social media and they've stopped responding. This is a terribly run business with terribly customer service. I ordered on the 13th of June and I have not so much as an email explaining why I have nothing or a tracking number. TLDR: Dossier is the biggest scam on this side of the sun.ĭO NOT, I repeat, do not waster your money. If you feel like taking a chance and can't afford the real deal give them a chance.

Their products need to be tweaked a bit more for longevity which is different on skin chemistry but still can be modified and concentrated more chemically.
They want you to buy, however need to develop their relationship with repeat customer and engaging new ones. And customer service dropped the ball on many occassions regarding my orders. It was stated components for their bottles perfumes were at a low. My experience was that during the pandemic it was HORRIBLE. Someone mentioned the time it took to receive an order.previously here. But sometimes, they can be almost spot on. However, if you're expecting exactness other than top notes and the blending of the designers fragrance it's not the same. If you're up to blind fragrance purchases and look at these as dupes without knowing the originals, they are reasonable in quality of presentation and price. I love and belong to groups on FB and have purchased decants in the past along with subscribed to places where you can get a decent amount of juice fairly reasonably. Honestly, I love trying new scents but 200.00 or more on an original at times isn't feasible unless I know I'm going to wear it down to the last drop.
